Senior Analyst & Program Manager

Adam Carr serves as an Analyst and Program Manager at Urban3. In his role and time at the company, he has touched 40+ projects – leaning on his analytical skills to find the story in cities and communities. 

Adam has worked on projects in smaller towns like Windsor, Colorado and Lake Stevens, Washington as well as large metros like Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas. Adam has helped communities understand the financial implications of their land use choices through revenue analysis, cost analysis, and future development projections. Additionally, Adam has spent significant time working with partners at the Government Finance Officers Association on the Putting Assets to Work initiative centered on helping governments understand their real estate portfolios and identifying ways to better leverage those assets to generate value for their communities.


Adam’s presentation skills are centered in communicating complex and sometimes mundane information in a clear and concise manner. Having worked in local and federal government spaces, Adam communicates effectively with staff and elected officials, as well as the general public. Humor and humility bring levity and a cooperative spirit to Adam’s presentations, delivering the message of the data with human understanding.
