Urban3 founder, Joe Minicozzi, will be the featured speaker at this annual lecture. The lecture will take place at the Birmingham Museum of Art, Steiner Auditorium and a cocktail reception will follow. Joe will provide the audience with new ways to think about and visualize land use and market dynamics created by tax and land use policies.
