Join us for the fall Experts & Ale Speaker Series with Joe Minicozzi!
Brightwater is hosting Experts & Ale in the beautiful facility located just off 8th Street. Participants will learn more from urban planner Joe Minicozzi and imagine new ways to think about and visualize land use, urban design and economics associated with downtown planning.
Joe will empower you to have a deeper understanding of how land value economics, property and retail tax, and community design are interrelated and drive how your community can keep up with its needs.
Attendees will feel confident with the knowledge they gain and will be able to go back to their communities to create a more sustainable economic growth right here in NWA.
